About Eugenia Sagué
Since 2018, Eugenia has been active in the alternative protein space, focusing on developing plant-based meat alternatives to reduce meat consumption, driven by her ethical perspective on agriculture and sustainability. Before founding Cultimate Foods, she gained extensive experience through roles at ProVeg International, Heura Foods, the ProVeg Incubator, and in managing V-Label licenses. She studied Law and Strategic Business Management in Bonn (Germany) and Barcelona (Spain).
