Based in Germany’s Münster region, the Gut Springenheide artisanal farm came up with this creative and sustainable use for empty eggshells. The egg whites and yolks are used on site to create delicious pancakes and omelettes. After careful cleaning, the empty shells are filled with the finest praline. Packaged in a typical egg carton containing four praline eggs, this is a delightful idea and an ideal gift for every conceivable occasion.
