New products at Anuga 2025

The Anuga taste Innovation Show is the heart of Anuga when it comes to innovation, creativity and sustainability in the food industry. This is where the most creative innovations and unusual ideas are presented – products that will shape the market of tomorrow.

An international jury of trade journalists, nutrition experts, scientists and market researchers selected 62 outstanding innovations from over 1,900 entries that impressed with their ideas, sustainability, market potential and creative implementation. A total of 608 companies from 53 countries took part in the Anuga taste Innovation Show.

All the new products were displayed in a unique special show on the North Boulevard at Anuga.
