Bayernland Mini Mozzarella balls smoked is the aromatic version of the Italian classic from the pasta-filata-cheese family. Originally, mild in taste, the cheese convinces with a new exciting aroma after the smoke treatment.

The smoking is done with the help of pure beech shavings. After the first smoking process, the mozzarella is dried and then cold-smoked at a maximum of 30 °C, cooled and packaged. The cold wood smoke gives the new Bayernland article in the full-fat stage a particularly delicate smoked aroma, making it a true gourmet creation for real connoisseurs.
For centuries, fumigating has been a process that not only serves to flavour and refine food, but also to preserve it. Fumigating also extends the best-before date of the Mini Mozzarella balls.
The colour of the smoked snack balls is reminiscent of Italian scarmozza. The smoky aroma of the smoked mozzarella minis makes them an excellent accompaniment to hearty, warm dishes such as pizzas, casseroles, pasta and omelettes. They are also ideal as a topping for hearty salads and give them an exquisite touch.
