Our family-owned brewery has been committed to sustainability and using locally sourced ingredients in beer production for over ten years. Therefore, transitioning to 100% organic raw materials was the next logical step for us in offering responsible beer enjoyment.
All of our organic beers are as unfiltered as the joy of life in the Eifel region. To ensure we can continue to savor them for years to come, we produce our beers in a climate-neutral, sustainable, and ecologically responsible manner in harmony with nature.
As Eifel producers, we source over 90% of our raw materials directly from the Eifel region. Thanks to a strong partnership with the producer community of grain farmers from Rhineland-Palatinate, we are able to cultivate our Vulkan Bioland barley just five kilometers away in Maria Laach.
Our distinctive Vulkan organic beers are crafted in accordance with the German Beer Purity Law.
