A GREAT OPPORTUNITY BECOMING EVEN BIGGER FOR THE YEARS TO COME

TuttoFood 2023, the B2B exhibition for the agri-food ecosystem in which we took part as exhibitors was a great networking opportunity for Alifood, as we met numerous international buyers and many important Italian producers: we talked about business and projects but we also had the chance to share ideas, discuss the latest trends in products and production technology and gain new contacts. The turnout grew over the four days of the exhibition, especially the number of foreign operators who target the distribution and marketing – and sometimes the imitation too – of our unique culinary tradition and therefore look at our country and its products with great attention and interest.

It was a TuttoFood that will be remembered in years to come, because this edition was the first one to take place after the agreement signed by Fiera di Milano and Fiera di Parma for an integrated management of trade fair events linked to the agrifood sector. This new management system is an important lever for development: it will not only provide Italy with the opportunity to compete with other major trade fairs, such as the ones held in Cologne and Paris, but it will also attract an even bigger number of exhibitors to our country. Milan and Parma are going to be the new, international hub where the companies that promote the Italian excellence in the world will be showcased.
