Our Semola Rimacinata is a double ground durum wheat and provides the perfect texture of dough and pizza! Spread the dough directly in it, shape and act - so the pizza becomes particularly crispy and gets a golden color. Alternatively, you can replace 10% flour with finezza and get an even crispier pizza crust. Likewise, finezza is also excellent for preparing fresh pasta.
