Empanada with Beef and Eggs

Empanada – stuffed, folded dough pastry is a true pride of Spanish cuisine. Filling abundance, the pieces of minced beef, egg and paprika are well perceived and the thin, buttery dough.

* Filling: boiled minced beef, boiled eggs, Chipotle sauce, red and green peppers, fried onions, Gouda cheese, herbs of Provence.
* Boiled eggs in the filling - more protein and satiety.
* Empanadas dough with butter (12.5%) – especially thin, crispy, does not overshadow the flavour of the filling.
* Decorated with coarsely ground black pepper.
