Fried plantains

Also known as patacón or tostón, with a consistency and texture of a typical ingredient of Caribbean cuisine. They are frozen to make their preparation much easier, just fry them at the right temperature and use them for delicious recipes, as an appetizer in meetings or as a garnish in a lunch or dinner.
