About Alex Bruns
Alex is an experienced procurement specialist with years of expertise in strategic sourcing of plant-based raw materials. Before joining BayWa, he worked at Rügenwalder Mühle, where he served as project leader for "Regional Soy." As Senior Ingredient Manager in the New Protein Solutions business unit, he acts as the interface between raw material trading, ingredient development, and the requirements of customers or the portfolio startups of the AgriFoodTech Venture Alliance.
