Franz Seubert is the Co-Founder and CEO of AIPERIA, an AI-powered SaaS company transforming how retailers plan and manage fresh and perishable foods. Growing up in his father’s supermarket, Franz gained an early, practical understanding of the challenges in food retail. Combining this hands-on experience with deep expertise in data-driven decision making, he leads AIPERIA’s mission to help retailers reduce food waste, improve profitability, and build more sustainable supply chains. Under his leadership, AIPERIA has grown rapidly across the DACH region and is now preparing its expansion into the UK, setting new standards for AI in food retail and supply chain optimization.
