About Matthias Beuger
Matthias Beuger works as managing director for the Association of Organic Food Producers in the areas of national networks, sustainability, and nutrition. In addition, as managing director of VegOrganic e.V., he promotes plant-based nutrition in organic quality, and as owner of Veggie-Specials GmbH, he campaigns against food waste. He is a member of the jury for the German Sustainability Award.
