About Nadine Filko
Nadine Filko is a journalist and author who founded the initiative “eatX” to make the topics of the food transition more tangible for consumers through real-life experiences. One of her first projects is the exhibition “Beauty of Bioscience” in Goslar in the Harz region. Hosted in the local brewery, the exhibition showcases the entire value chain, highlighting the innovations driving sustainable food production, demonstrating that the dining table of the future has room for today’s food culture.
