About Nikola Baumschlager
Nikola is a Venture Consultant for Food & AgriTech startups at UnternehmerTUM and leads the EIT Food Accelerator Hub in Germany.
Her journey in the startup ecosystem began in San Francisco at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, just as Beyond Meat was going public. The insights she gained there were formative – since then, she has dedicated both her academic and professional career to exploring how we can build a sustainable food system.
