About Tasso Skerletidis
How do you scale the future of food? For Tasso Skerletidis, the answer lies at the source: where sustainable ingredients are created. With over a decade of experience in sales, account- and product management in Europe’s fruit and food-ingredient sector (Fruitmasters, Bösch Boden Spies, Berrico), he has built teams, forged international partnerships, and brought natural products to market. Holding a BBA, MBA, and a Micromaster in Circular Bioeconomy from Wageningen University, Tasso combines business acumen with a deep understanding of food system transformation. Since 2024, he has been Sales Manager at Time Travelling Milkman, a Wageningen scale-up unlocking natural fat droplets from seeds to create creamy, sustainable ingredients for plant-based dairy.
