Impressions of the Anuga 2025

A burger patty made from algae or mushrooms that tastes like meat. An aromatic collagen drink that combines health and beauty. The flavours of partner country Korea, bringing tradition and innovation to the table. And right in the middle of it all: over 145,000 visitors from more than 190 countries filling the halls of Koelnmesse to discover trends, experience innovations and make international contacts. That was Anuga 2025!

8,000 exhibitors from 110 nations presented their products and concepts – more than ever before. Trade visitors from Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain were particularly numerous; Brazil, China, Japan, Canada and the USA were also among the top nations. On the three Anuga stages, politicians, business leaders and researchers discussed the future of food – from sustainable supply chains to digital food solutions.

What an Anuga!

Thanks to the remarkable diversity and outstanding achievements of our exhibitors, this edition has become the largest and most successful in Anuga’s history. Over 8,000 companies from 110 countries unveiled their latest innovations, while more than 145,000 trade visitors from over 190 nations packed the halls – turning Anuga into a truly unique and inspiring showcase of the global food and beverage industry.
