We will meet some of the Danish organic pioneers and they will tell us about their life journey. We will celebate the 35-years birthday of the Danish Ø which is the certification body in Denamark. Ø is controlled by the state which is exeptional compare to other certification bodies in the world. We will also meet Dennis Hvam from Organic Denmark telling us about "The Danish Model" - how Organic Denmark and Bio Aus Dänemark in coooperation share the "Best Cases" of how to convert / transform a public canteen into organic and why it is important to have a focus on plantbased organic food in the public kitchens.
