Booth construction & dismantling at Anuga
How to make sure your stand construction and dismantling goes to plan
For you as an exhibition stand builder or an exhibitor, a smooth arrival and precise timing are the key to success. To make sure everything goes to plan, we provide you with all the information you need so that constructing and dismantling your trade fair stand is as easy and as pleasant as possible.
When can stand construction start? Is there easy access for heavy goods vehicles? Which technical regulations must be followed? You can find the answers to these questions and other queries about transport logistics, technical equipment and infrastructure at a glance here.

Anuga 2025 and the Cologne Marathon – Important Travel Information
This year, Anuga runs from 4–8 October 2025 – right alongside the Cologne Marathon on 5 October. Starting at 8:00 p.m. on 4 October, road closures will affect the area around Cologne-Deutz. To avoid delays, we strongly recommend travelling by public transport.
Also worth noting: 3 October is a public holiday in Germany. Many shops and services will be closed – so be sure to plan your journey and logistics well ahead of time.
