1. Redeem your digital admission ticket code:

• Every person, who requires admission to the fair, has to redeem his/her admission ticket code in the Ticket Shop in the run-up to Anuga and create a personal Koelnmesse account (which applies for the registration via the Anuga app).
• On redeeming your admission ticket code, it is important that you state all days you need an admission ticket for. Several days can be clicked on using one code.

2. You will receive an email with the ticket PDF

• We will send you an order confirmation with the tickets as a PDF attachment. The tickets will also be available for download in the wallet of your respective device.
• You can access your trade fair tickets at any time through "My Orders" in the ticket shop. With your printed ticket or with the ticket as a PDF/in the wallet of your mobile device, you will gain access to the exhibition grounds.

With the app , you can easily and quickly retrieve your tickets digitally. Additionally, you will have access to up-to-date information about the event program (including search functionality), the venue, and more. Even after the event, you will be provided with relevant content and networking opportunities.

Of course, the app is free for you and is available for download for iPhone/iPad and Android in German and English.

3. You visit the trade fair

With your printed ticket or with the ticket as PDF or in the app of your mobile device you get access to the fairground.
