The AUSTRIA JUICE Group produces diverse solutions for the food & beverage industry. The portfolio includes natural fruit juice concentrates as well as customised, high-quality beverage compounds, emulsions, fruit wines and direct juices. This is complemented by a wide range of flavours that are used as ingredients in numerous products in the food and beverage industry.

Beverage compounds

The main ingredients for many beverage compounds are the juice concentrates and flavours that are obtained internally by fruit processing. These are an excellent basis for a wide variety of thirst quenchers - from fruit juices and light lemonades, to tea drinks or shots, to alcoholic beer mixes or cider drinks.

Flavours

In the field of flavours, FTNF flavours (essences), compositional flavours as well as plant extracts are used to develop unique flavour profiles. Juice concentrates

The portfolio of juice concentrates ranges from fruits such as apples, pears, strawberries, raspberries, black currants, to chokeberry, sour cherry, grape, rose hip, apricot and plum. Some of these are also available in organic quality or as direct juice (NFC).

AUSTRIA JUICE serves the current beverage trends on the market thanks to its comprehensive know-how in beverage development and expertise in flavour creation. The applications include for example a variety of functional beverages. With additional ingredients such as collagen or minerals, or isotonic fitness drinks through to probiotic drinks, the products are developed individually in close co-operation with the customer.
