We produce 24 hours during our season and we supply products 365 days a year.
It is used as natural flavoring in food industry, (mostly beverage), and as a scent in fragrance production

LEMON PEEL: DEHYDRATED
It is used to obtain pectins that serve as a thickener and natural stabilizer in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
ZERO EFFLUENTS: Our industrial drying plant was designed to recover 100% of the water used in the process and then irrigate 1,500 hectares of our farms.
