31st Forum System Catering

A special highlight that was firmly anchored in the Anuga trade fair calendar was the Forum System Catering of the Initiativkreis Gastgewerbe im DEHOGA, which took place for the 31st time that year.

This time, attendees could expect a real power programme with thought-provoking lectures. Attendees looked forward to the Director of the Institute of the German Economy Prof. Dr. Michael Hüther and his agenda for Germany's future. In keeping with tradition, passionate gastronomers reported on their successful concepts and plans for the future.

The platform was used for information and inspiration, for contacts and networking!
