About Lars Eckart
Lars Eckart is Managing Director of Paulaner Franchise & Consulting GmbH and can look back on over 20 years of franchise experience. Since 2016, he has been responsible for around 50 Paulaner locations in a licensed franchise concept with an international focus. This makes Paulaner the world market leader for Bavarian system gastronomy. The three size concepts (Bräuhaus, Wirtshaus and Bierhaus) all have one thing in common: authentic Bavarian food, first-class Paulaner beers made according to the German purity law, Munich hospitality and coziness. Paulaner continues to expand with franchises: Six new locations were added just in 2020.
