CREATOR OF PÂTES D’ALSACE MADE WITH 7 FRESH EGGS
Nearly one hundred years old, Valfleuri is a French family business founded in 1922 specialised from the very beginning in making Pâtes d’Alsace pasta with 7 fresh eggs.
Focused on new eating habits, since 2000 the company has been diversifying and creating brand new and delicious pastas, rich in natural ingredients.
It also makes customized pastas for the ready-meal market, the catering industry and supermarket own-brands, in France and for the export market.
Today the 3rd biggest manufacturer of pasta in France and the leading manufacturer in Alsace, Valfleuri is perpetuating its tradition for the highest quality using the expertise passed on generation to generation.
VALFLEURI PÂTES D’ALSACE ARE DIFFERENT BECAUSE:
§ A lot of eggs
They are made with free-range fresh eggs. A pioneer in 2010 and concerned for animal welfare, Valfleuri chose to make its Pâtes d’Alsace using only eggs from free-range hens.
§ IGP-certified Pâtes d’Alsace
Indication Géographique Protégée (Protected Geographical Indication),
§ French ingredients:
The superior quality durum wheat and free-range fresh eggs only come from France.
They are made into pasta nests, spätzle, linguini, twists, macaroni, spaghetti, shells, penne, farfalle, angel hair, spirals... All healthy and tasty, to delight even the most exacting palate.
GOOD TO KNOW
Pâtes d’Alsace are to Italian pasta what brioche is to bread: Contrary to popular belief, 80% of pasta sold in France does not contain any egg and is only made with semolina and water.
