Anuga Out-of-Home is the international trade fair for the out-of-home market.
Anuga’s food service section presents the entire spectrum of food and beverages for out-of-home consumption: from HORECA to communal catering, system catering, food service through to to-go and food delivery. The offer is rounded off by equipment, accessories, technology and digital solutions for the food service section. Anuga is the business meeting point for food service and the trade.
Anuga Out-of-Home presents more than 2,600 exhibitors with products for the out-of-home market, including among others over 1,400 suppliers from the fine food/gourmet section, more than 800 suppliers with organic products, just under 700 suppliers with frozen food, more than 500 exhibitors with bread and bakery products, more than 400 exhibitors with meat and sausages, over 400 beverage suppliers and just under 300 exhibitors, who provide technology and equipment for the out-of-home market.
This is where restaurant owners can find products from all over the world from Argentina to Zambia. Products from the DACH region as well as from Italy, Spain, the Ukraine, the USA, Thailand, Turkey of the United Arab Emirates.
Anuga Out-of-Home offers the system caterer and the contract caterer a comprehensive offer for bulk consumers and presents restaurants, communal catering, food service and transport catering companies with innovations and solutions for their business.
The Anuga Out-of-Home event programme enhances the product offers with event highlights such as the Professional Food Service Forum in cooperation with the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA German Association), with show cooking, award ceremonies as well as the Start-up award, the Best Food Founder Award.
