The long-standing Estonian manufacturer of sauces and mayonnaise is expanding its reach

Nadezda Filatova, export manager of Polven Foods, said that although the company has 25 years of experience in the production of savory sauces, mayonnaise, condensed milk and sweet thermal fillings, this is the first time they will be participating in the ANUGA fair this fall. The company's goal is to inform foreign markets about their production potential and modern product development.

"At the same time, we want to introduce the entire palette of our flavors to the visitors of the fair, so that everyone can choose their favorite. Introducing our main retail brands Jaani and Rezeknes Legenda, Lemmik and Sveiks. In addition, we will introduce HoReCa products and the option of Private Label," said Filatova. "We are currently working on our new range of mayonnaise and sauces, which is a completely new concept for us," he added.

Filatova mentioned that one of the reasons for going to the international fair is that since the company has extensive experience in supplying high-quality products to its customers both in the retail trade and in the HoReCa industry, they are constantly looking for new opportunities to expand their reach. "At Polven Foods, we strive for quality through sustainable raw materials, innovative recipes and packaging. We use only the best ingredients and never compromise on our high standards. Because we care about delicious food," confirmed Filatova. "Of course we want to introduce Estonian tastes through our products, but it is also very important to show our production potential. We work closely with our partners to achieve common goals. We can provide product development or customization according to market needs. In addition, we are able to offer private label services in HoReCa and retail. However, one of the main reasons for participating in ANUGA is networking. We want to meet new exciting people and potential clients. We would love to inspire fair visitors and be inspired ourselves."

Polven Foods is ranked 11th among the most successful food industries in Estonia, according to the economic newspaper Äripäev. "We have done well and therefore we consider it important to share our success and contribute to the growth of social responsibility and well-being in Estonian society. We support several sports events, educational initiatives and initiatives aimed at improving children's well-being," the company representative admitted.

The Estonian agricultural and food industry sector has contributed to the sustainable food production process. In agriculture, we have been able to reduce the usage standards of plant protection products and fertilizers to very small amounts. Therefore, Estonian milk, meat and cereal products are among the cleanest in the European Union. It is important for us to continue in the current direction and keep a clean nature and living environment around us. We believe that clean food provides a good foundation for strong health.
