Carrière GmbH Committed To Taste was founded in 2000 by Stephan Carrière and successfully continued by his son in 2010. Carrière has many years of experience in the global sourcing of fruit/vegetable juices, purees and their concentrates, IQF, as well as their by-products such as Water-/Oilphases, FTNF Restoration Flavors, Cold Pressed Oils, D'Limonene and Terpenes.
Our 100% natural FTNF restoration aromas are derived exclusively From The Named Fruit. These are highly concentrated fruit flavors, especially in the citrus range. Our portfolio includes 150-fold waterphases/essences of various fruits such as mango, passion fruit, pineapple, pomegranate, apple, all berries, tropical as well as exotic fruits such as açaí or acerola and various vegetables.
In addition, our scope of supply includes fruit/vegetable powders of all types of drying and various carriers - whichever is best suited to your application and budget. Furthermore, we offer a full range of fruit pastes for the bakery and snack industry. We would also like to highlight our natural sweeteners that replace sugar, such as Date and Agave Syrup, 80° brix Cashew Juice Concentrate, Baobab and Inulin. Our recently added healthy products are very popular: Organic Ginger and Turmeric Juice.
Our products are available in tank truck / tank container, in bins, drums and Bag-in-Box (BiB) in aseptic or frozen filling. In addition to the conventional delivery range, Carrière also offers Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified products.
Most producers are members of the SGF and participate in the Voluntary Control System. We maintain close personal contact with suppliers and visit them regularly. Many of them have GFSI certification. In line with this, Carrière also plans to obtain IFS Broker certification by Spring 2024 at the latest.

Other products, such as pear puree concentrate, grape juice concentrate or grapefruit juice and concentrate, have gained volume and therefore importance for us over the years.
Our products are 100% natural, unadulterated and without any additives. We sell our products as raw material to the Juice, Jam, Ice Cream, Bakery, Water, Alcohol, Sauce, Sweets and Cocoa Industries. Our POWDERS are also used by manufacturers of Chocolate, Pet Food, Food Supplements and Pharmaceutical Companies.
