Created in July 1965, GICA is a public institution gathering the Tunisian professionals involved in the fruit, vegetable and fish processing sectors under the authority of the authority of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines.
GICA contributes to the export promotion of the Tunisian canned food products and particularly manages the "Tunisia Food Quality Label" for the Tunisian Harissa, as ana essential guarantee of quality, authenticity and transparency, aiming an international recognition of the Harissa from Tunisia.
Our particupation on this edition of the ANUGA exhibition main goal is to promote the food quality label for Tunisian Harissa, and the Tunisian dried tomatoes.
