Dates ''ZEIN ESSAHRA''

In the great south of Tunisia, passing through the magnificent oases of Nafta to those of Tozeur, is cultivated Deglet Ennour Zein Essahra Dates, "queen of all dates". The cultivation of this variety of dates is very demanding. It is the most appreciated variety throughout the world by means of its brilliant golden and transparent color, its elegant shape and its unique and refined taste, which has earned it this name, which we could translate as "Fruit of the dazzling light”.
