The Greek word FOS (f??) means light, a light we shed on our superior quality ingredients capturing the true flavor of the Mediterranean sun.
We support the local community, through direct cooperation with our local farmers. In this way we secure high standard raw material while we ensure that good farming practices are in place for their production.

Organic farming practices help preserve biodiversity in the natural world while growing healthy, abundant food. We offer Greek Organic kalamata olives (whole, pitted, sliced, paste), Greek Organic Green olives (whole, pitted, paste) and Green Organic stuffed olives with Natural red pepper, Garlic, Almond.
Greek olives are usually picked by hand and are high in antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats. They are commonly used in salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes, and as a snack or appetizer, either on their own or paired with cheese or cured meats.
Our Olive snack packaged in pillow bags and doypack (30g, 60g, 90g) in modified atmosphere (MAP) offers a new level of freshness and shelf-life extension, display boxes and in multipacks. We provide flexible packaging solutions for all retail preferences. We offer olives in glass jars, Sealed pet jars, RPC jars, Pillow bags and Doy pack in modified atmosphere (MAP), Vacuums and plastic drums. The extra virgin olive oil packed in marasca, Dorica and Quadra glass bottle, pet bottle and metal tin (round- square). PDO Feta and goat cheese packed in vacuum pack and plastic TUB. We also offer PDO Feta in metal tin.
