Ditsch has reinterpreted the attractive pretzel shape with the Sweet Pretzel (Pre-proved dough) made from moist yeast dough and light leavening. The pretzel is easy to prepare and can be easily baked in any type of oven. During the baking process, it acquires a shiny appearance and can also be offered to customers without refinement. However, by adding a finishing touch, whether before or after baking, the pretzel can be individualized in no time, for example with chocolate icing or with sweet vanilla cream filling.
