Mr. Ji Soo Han

Ji Soo is the Senior Director of Retail Solutions at Boxed, a technology-focused online wholesale retailer. As a product leader at Boxed, Ji Soo designs and implements solutions for retailers, grocers, and brands looking to leverage Boxed's technology platform to better service their customers. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Product, responsible for managing a wide array of products ranging from backend systems (OMS/WMS/TMS/API) to storefront. He also worked to operationalize some of Boxed's key partnerships as well as drive efficiency across the company's fulfillment network. Before Boxed, Ji Soo was the lead industrial engineer at Crestron Electronics specializing in circuit board manufacturing optimizations. He holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research from Columbia School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and is passionate about the future of omnichannel retail and the marriage of digital and physical environments.
