A lot of people ask me how I developed the product. I’ll admit I’m a picky eater. But that’s because most processed foods hurt my stomach. Bloating. Irritable bowel. I’m a mess! On top of that, I’ve got issues with the aftertaste of most snacks. But snacking is a way of life, so I decided to make something that worked for me and my family.
My kids demanded they taste good. My wife said, “try to make these healthy.”

Where’s the spark?
Spark Bites deliver energy in 3 ways:
1. Nutrient dense superfoods that pack a punch and curb hunger. Including chia, oats, flax, millet and more.
2. The naturally caffeinated ingredients of ground coffee beans, matcha tea powder or dried and ground guarana berries get a nice long exposure to the bloodstream as their digested slowly in the gut. This compared to the quick cycling of blood through the kidneys to process out caffeinated beverages gives caffeinated foods a bit of an edge over the traditional cup-of-joe.
